When you apply for a visa, you hand over some of the most personal documents you own. We take that seriously. This policy explains what we collect, why we need it, who sees it, how long we keep it, and what control you have.
Nexus Traveler (nexustraveler.com) is operated by Travel Tech Nexus Private Limited, a company registered in India. For the purposes of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and similar laws, we are the "data fiduciary" (or "controller") for the personal data described here.
What we collect
Identity details. Your name, date of birth, gender, nationality, and passport details.
Contact details. Email address, phone number, and address.
Travel details. Your destination, travel dates, purpose of visit, and the visa type you're applying for. For some destinations we may also need accommodation or itinerary details.
Documents. Passport scans, photographs, and any other documents the destination authority asks for.
Payment information. When you pay, you're taken to our payment gateway partner's secure page. They process your card, UPI, net banking or wallet details. We never see or store your full card number, CVV, or PIN. We only receive a confirmation of the transaction and limited information such as the last four digits of a card.
Technical information. Your IP address, browser type, device, pages visited, and cookies. This helps us keep the site secure and working properly.
Messages. Anything you send us by email, chat, or phone, so we can help you and keep a record of what was said.
Why we use your data
We rely on your consent, the need to deliver the service you've asked for, and our legal obligations. If we ever want to use your data for something else, we'll ask you first.
We only send you marketing emails if you've agreed to receive them. Every message includes an unsubscribe link. Service messages about your application are separate and will continue while your application is active.

Data going abroad
Your visa application will be sent to the government of the country you're visiting (the UAE, Saudi Arabia, or Oman), and some of our service providers may store data outside India. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to make sure your data stays protected.
How long we keep your data

Data moves between you and us over encrypted connections (SSL/TLS). It's stored on secured servers, and only staff who need it to do their job can access it. We review our security regularly. No system is completely risk-free, but if a breach ever affects your data, we'll tell you and the relevant authorities as the law requires.

We use cookies and similar tools to keep you logged in, remember your preferences, understand how the site is used, and keep it secure. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site, like your account and application forms, may not work properly without them.

Our service is meant for adults. Visa applications for children must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for the information provided and gives consent on the child's behalf. We don't knowingly collect data from children for any other reason.

Our site may link to government portals or other websites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for how they handle your data. Please read their policies.
Changes to this policy
If we make a meaningful change, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, where it matters, let you know by email or a notice on the site.
